Crisp Bake

This recipe was given to me by my boyfriend’s mum and it’s definitely one of our favourites! When I am cooking on a day-to-day I tend to guesstimate a lot of measurements or do it from memory but I have tried to approximate the right measurements in this recipe.

Serves 2


  • 250g Chicken
  • 100g Onion (diced)
  • 20g Garlic clove
  • 100g Cup of Sweetcorn
  • 100g Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 can of condensed chicken soup (freeze rest)
  • Grated Mozzarella/ Cheddar
  • 1 Packet Ready Salted Crisps


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Dice and cook chicken (oven baked or fried).
  3. In a saucepan, fry onions until softened, then add the rest of the ingredients apart from cheese & crisps.
  4. Transfer to oven-proof dish.
  5. Sprinkle over cheese and crisps.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes..
