Super Simple Chorizo, Rice & Veg

If you’re looking for a quick and easy weekday meal, then this is perfect!

The Recipe:


  • Mini Chorizo Sausages
  • 80g Rice
  • 100g Mixed Veg


  1. Slice the chorizo sausages into halves and fry in a large pan, turning so both sides are crisped.
  2. Transfer the chorizo into a separate bowl.
  3. Boil the rice and veg.
  4. Drain the rice and veg and then stir in the chorizo sauce in the frying pan until thoroughly coated.
  5. Then add seasoning and serve with the chorizo.
