As I have written about before, I am a big fan of meal planners. So, here is a summary of this months meals and the recipes to go with!
It’s really important to have some variety in your diet, so while I have some favourites that repeat, I am always looking to try out new meals.
On top of this I tend to plan my meals and include at least one chicken, beef and vegetarian (or heavy vegetable based) meal a week. I love chicken and would happily have it for a lot of meals but I am also iron deficient so having at least one red meat meal a week is good for me, also obviously having some vegetarian meals is good for you as well!
It’s worth knowing that I make major use of my freezer and therefore the majority (if not exclusive) use of my food prep prompt is to remind me to get things out to defrost for the next evening.
