Chicken & Bacon Alfredo

I could genuinely eat this for days, can’t get enough of a creamy pasta dish!


  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Large Chicken Breast
  • 120g Bacon (diced)
  • 180g Wholewheat Tagliatelle
  • 100g Onion (chopped)
  • 20g Garlic (chopped)
  • 100g Sweetcorn
  • 20g Salted Butter
  • 100ml Milk
  • 10g Parmesan


  1. Dice the chicken & bacon.
  2. Cook pasta.
  3. In a large saucepan fry the chicken and bacon in oil.
  4. Once cooked, add the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the butter and sweetcorn and mix thoroughly.
  6. Stir in milk and parmesan bit by bit to make a creamy sauce
  7. Drain the pasta and then mix it in and add more milk if necessary.
  8. Season with salt & pepper.
