A sweet treat for dessert. Might not be the healthiest option but it is definitely worth it!
- x1 Banana
- 20g Butter
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- In a saucepan, melt the butter until it covers the base of the pan.
- Add the cinnamon, sugar and honey to the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Slice the bananas and place into the pan.
- Keep the butter mix moving and cover the bananas.
- Fry for approx 5 minutes on each side or to the crispyness you want.
