Pan-Fried Cinnamon Bananas

A sweet treat for dessert. Might not be the healthiest option but it is definitely worth it!

Ingredients:

  • x1 Banana 
  • 20g Butter 
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon 
  • ½ tbsp Caster Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Honey 

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter until it covers the base of the pan.
  2. Add the cinnamon, sugar and honey to the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  3. Slice the bananas and place into the pan.
  4. Keep the butter mix moving and cover the bananas.
  5. Fry for approx 5 minutes on each side or to the crispyness you want.
  6. Enjoy!
